I just bought the tablet yesterday and did the System Update.
It did fix the audio sync issues I saw on Youtube previous to update.
However, the battery drain is very bad. It lost 15% overnight.
This is very bad, considering the 18h use time advertised.
Fix is needed ASAP.

I have the same problem too. This is starting to get very frustrating. It's been months since I bought this tablet and I still cannot use it properly.
I chosed the Yoga Tab 3 Plus because it seemed to be perfect for my needs. A good screen and incredible battery time. Extremely disappointed. Fix ASAP.

Same thing here. Before the last update battery drain overnight was just 1-2% maximum. Now its 15% or more. I don't use Lenovo Weather and according to the battery monitor is the operating system what is causing the battery drain.
So, Lenovo fixed the sync issue but now we have a battery problem instead, that goes against the tablet advertised features :-(
And no USB OTG support either.
Good job Lenovo. Once again you've disappointed your customers.

I have encountered this problem also with the original firmware.
Let's hope Lenovo is able to detect and fix the problem with the next firmware.
Sadly this sort of behaviour is not that unusual on android devices, but on a tablet it's specially irritating.

A couple of screenshots to ilustrate the point.
Shows a big drop overnight while inactive, and too much time active while on standby with no wifi.
