Running Self-Diagnostics on your Smart Device or Android Tablet before requesting support (PC)

 Many Android, Smart Device, related issues can be solved by simple troubleshooting.


Before requesting support, we encourage you to try these as you might solve the problem quickly and easily.

1. Once you are on the support page for your Product:





2. Click on the Self-Diagnostic Link.


3. Confirm your system details:



For Android Tablets:



These will guide you and help you to determine if your device will really need to be serviced.



For Smart Device:



You will get a series of determining questions to help rule out minor issues.


4. If you do not find a solution, you will be able to submit a service request, for more information see HERE.
