Swapping memory card

Just got a new Yoga Tab 3 8" aas my old one died. The original 32G card was corrupted so I've just loaded a new one, but the Yoga says it's too slow, and in fact videos stutter all the time.  As I've used the amalgamated memory, I can't just copy all the date onto a new faster card - is there any way of backing up everything, data, programs etc and then just loading the back-up when I insert the new card?

Re: Swapping memory card

Didn't work at all, no option to restore appears anywhere. Had to re-install any apps from Play Store and download all the extra data again as the card is nonstandard format. A few bits of data seems to have transferred from the back-up, but not much.
