I am using a Lenovo Yoga3, version 6.0.1. Recently i was trying to log onto a public site, the net was connected, but trying to open a browser got the message error no connection.... i checked my sony mobile which was working fine. Restarted the tablet, tried to forget the network and start again but did not work. however when i returned home i connected through my home wifi to see if that worked and was fine also. is there a button somewhere i have changed, or any ideas on fixing,, i am not near the place where i had the issue so cannot test it,, but happy to search the tablet to see if a setting is wrong..
any help please,, i usually take the tablet when i am away for the night, and never had an issue,,,,

Nice to have you here.
If you'll be able to connect the Yoga Tab 3 to that same network again, try to touch and hold that wireless network again and select "Show advanced options".
Try to check if:
If those two settings aren't set to None and DHCP, set them to defaults, connect the device and try it again.
Just to give you a heads up, some public connections will require users to go to their site first to get a permission to allow their devices to use their connection.
Should this happened again while connecting to that same network (public), it could mean that either the network that you're using right now does have a limitation on the number of devices that can connect to their connection or the network administrator might be blocking the device from connecting for security reasons.
You can also have the tablet be connected to a different network (public) to check/observe on how it will go since the tablet was still able to connect to your home WiFi.
