When I was in business trip in USA I've received the birthday gift from my colleagues: Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 Plus.
Now, I work and live in Ukraine, Kyiv.
After automatically update by Wi-Fi my tablet fallen to reboot-loop mode.
I made the "factory reset" but any changes. It can be works about 3-7min before it hangs and rebooting.
The reboot procedure can be make 1-5 times before booting to Android.
Sometimes, before reboot I saw "Blue Screen".
Similarly, tablet may fallen to reboot from sleep mode (when display is turned off).
Today I visited the local authorized Lenovo service (f1center.ua) and service-man said that warranty for it now is available but only for USA.

Please help me to solve this problem. Or advise how I can use warranty?
