Yoga Tablet 2 wifi issues as well as menu drop down issues

So I've had this for a while. The issues started a while back and I never knew there was a warranty on it until it was too late. The very first issue was that the charger crapped out on me.

I got a new charger. Problem solved.

 

So I'll now move onto the problems never fixed.

Problem 1: Drop down menus inside the desktop will open very briefly then close again before I have a chance to use it. This is usually inside the Internet window.

 

Problem 2: I've done multiple things to find out it wasn't my Internet or server that's the problem. It has to be the lenovo itself. I'm currently using the wifi on my phone and on my HP laptop that I've had for well over 5 years with constant use is working fine. The tablet will say it's connected but when I try to pull up the Internet or anything that uses Internet besides the settings wifi, it will say it's not connected to the Internet.

 

I've tried phone support and they refused to help me because my warranty was up. I tried looking up any relating FAQS or forums and have found nothing.

Have you tried to factory reset the tablet, to see if it is software or hardware related issues you are experiencing?

FWIW, my Lenovo YOGA Tablet 8 (B6000) Type Z0AF's WiFi and Bluetooth is NOT working at ALL!  You switch - toggle either ON and only seconds later whichever one you turned ON goes - resets back to OFF!

 

Unless there is a hidden or buried menu option I haven't found, I also am at a LOSS and obviously it is also out of warranty.

 

I now know NOT to purchase a (any) Lenovo product EVER AGAIN!  If there is no option to obtain real technical help, NOT someone reading a script, then one Lenovo is enough.

Unfortunately I never was able to set it back to factory settings (I didn't actually really want to anyway but I finally decided why not) and now the issue is I can't actually turn it on. I've lost the original charger but I thought I had it charged up all the way.

It refuses to turn on at all. The screen is cracked, but even with the screen cracked it worked fine. Now it doesn't want to turn on at all. With any micro usb charger plugged in it, it doesn't indicate that it's charging either. No lights, black blank screen. Nothing. It is well past the warranty and I did not get it's use out of it. So now the new issue is getting it to turn on at all.
