Corporate Sync not syncing up with Exchange

I have followed the step by step instructions in setting up Corporate Sync with Exchange 2007, I keep getting a certificate error when trying to Authenicate. Can someone help me out and give me a little bit more detail on how to set this up?

I told it to disable the notifications but I am not receiving "Login to the account failed".

No need to disable notifications. Did you disable the step to verify the certificate. Menu > Accounts > Corporate Sync

If it's still not working run us through your settings including providing your Outlook Web Access address so we can take a look to identify your issue. We don't have enough information at this point to help.

When I go into menu->Account Settings-> Corporate Sync I did not see an option to disable checking the certificate.

If you continue to have problems, give Touchdown a try.  It is more fully featured, and I found it to work much better than the default mail app.  It also operates faster.  I found the default application to be sluggish.  There is a 30-Day demo in the Marketplace.

When you setup the account there is an option to accept all certificates.  You need to select this option.  If you don't remember, just delete the account and set it up again.

When you go to Menu > Accounts > Corporate Sync, scroll down and there will be Use Secure Connection and Verify Certificate. Leave Use Secure Connection checked but uncheck Verify Certificate.

your server address should be the webmail.osumc.edu address you provided.

I am a new owner of Photon 4g. I used to have a HTC touch. I am getting "login failed. please try again" message when I try to setup my corporate email.

1> I have tried using both domainusername and just username with no success.

2> Also have tried setting up gmail as corporate account and later changing to the desired account settings as suggested in other forums and it still shows the same error.

  I have been able to using the same credentials on my old phone and it used to work perfectly. Do anyone has any solution or can suggest any workarounds? Any help is appreciated.
