Re: Backflip: Blur service is temporarily unavailable

@sur

1. You need to be on 3G or WiFi to log into your existing account. (pressing the Menu (4 boxes) button may allow you to establish a connection to Wifi). It will not work on Edge.

2. Use your Gmail account when logging in to MOTOBLUR

3. After you've successfully connected to MOTOBLUR again go to Menu > Settings > About Phone > System Update to update your phone.

@sur

You have to follow the directions I provided. If not, it's unlikely that we can resolve your issue.

Re: Backflip: Blur service is temporarily unavailable

@sur

Please describe in detail what you see on the phone. Provide screenshots if possible. We need to know exactly what you've tried and where you are at to give troubleshooting. If you are attempting to connect on WiFi you may have an issue with your WiFi router and it may require you to try another one.

Can you log in to http://www.motorola.com/mymotoblur?

Re: Backflip: Blur service is temporarily unavailable

Too blurry to really read it.  Try creating a new account and then do a factory reset and log back into your @gmail account.
