Bienvenidos al foro de lenovo en español

2012-06-26, 8:36 AM

Welcome to the lenovo forum in english

Hi all! My name is Miguel A. González (you will find me in the forum as " Miguel_Lenovo ") and I am part of the global Social Networks team at Lenovo. I will be leading this great community in Spanish.

This is a space created so that all our Spanish-speaking users can comment on our products, consult doubts with our administrators, moderators and Gurus, debate, suggest, interact with other users and find out about our promotions, new products, new series, models and much more!

To get started, I ask that you please take some time to read the rules:

Welcome to the lenovo forum in english

Objectives of Lenovo Discussion Forums

This community was created to provide a channel for users of Lenovo products and services to share experiences and knowledge. Although Lenovo members may occasionally join in to participate in discussions and offer advice and suggestions, this forum is not designed as an exclusive support channel. This is an informal and public forum and Lenovo does not guarantee the accuracy of the information and notices posted here.

RULES OF CONDUCT

Lenovo reserves the right to remove inappropriate use of language and postings, such as the examples listed below in the discussion forums. In instances like these, the user will receive a warning and may be banned from future participation in the forum.

PROHIBITIONS

  • No publication may contain vulgar or discriminatory language against any race, ethnic group, religion, gender, orientation, nationality or political beliefs:  Publications should avoid these topics. Posts that violate these rules will be intervened by the moderator and a warning will be sent to the user. If these publications are repeated, access to the forum can be prohibited.
  • Pornography is prohibited:  In written words, expressions, published images or links to external material.
  • Threats against forum members, Lenovo employees, or company affiliates will not be allowed .
  • Personal attacks are prohibited:  It is acceptable to disagree with facts or conclusions posted by another member, but that disagreement must be expressed objectively and reasonably. Treat others with respect as you would like to be treated. Remember that the community is available to share collective experiences and wisdom, with the goal of making all members more enjoyable with their Lenovo products. Consider whether your comments contribute positively to the discussion.
  • Do not create controversy, or deliberately interrupt a discussion: Controversial posts or titles are unacceptable and can be moderated. Controversial posts or posts with unnecessary desire to argue will be considered controversial. Extensive discussion with moderators or administrators about their decisions regarding moderation of posts is considered controversial. It is not allowed to create commotion in the publications. Revenge messages or online campaigns are prohibited. It is acceptable to express concern about whether or not a particular Lenovo policy, action or procedure meets the expectations of a particular member, but it is not acceptable to use this forum to try to organize or incite members to massively cancel orders, return systems ,
  • Do not post private information:  Privacy: Lenovo respects the privacy of each member, you can find the privacy link in the footer of each forum page. We ask participants to respect the privacy of all community members and Lenovo employees with whom they speak on the phone or with whom they communicate via e-mail. Postings that reveal items such as full names, e-mail or phone numbers of others without their express consent are prohibited.
  •  Requests for advertisements other than Lenovo-published advertisements are prohibited:  This forum is not an online shopping or trading forum. Members cannot post item inventories or lists of items for sale regularly. Posts of the “Wanted” type (for example, from a member searching for a 701c system) are exceptionally allowed. Individuals can also post Lenovo products or related accessories that are "for sale" in the general discussion area. Non-Lenovo product postings are not acceptable (therefore, notices for cars, boats, airplanes, tennis rackets, MP3 players, etc. cannot be posted). It will be at the discretion of the forum administrators to eliminate this type of item in any case.
  • The request or exchange of information that may lead to unethical, illegal or immoral activities is prohibited :   For example, postings related to the exchange of passwords, bank or credit information, collateral information to return to grant the right to guarantee products. Postings that include instructions or directions for the purpose of violating security measures, including passwords, locking mechanisms, fingerprint scanning, etc. are not allowed. Postings that detail location or links to content related to these topics are also prohibited.
  • Members can have only one online identity : Members cannot register with multiple identities or use multiple email addresses within Lenovo communities. This rule applies to Lenovo blogs and forums. Posting with multiple identities can be a deceptive practice and can create false impressions. Regular use of a unique identity, either by responding to comments on Lenovo blogs or by actively participating in the forum, enhances the reputation and recognition of the individual member of the community.
  • Do not attach large images (over 50k) or cut and paste large portions of text (use of citations) unnecessarily:  because this behavior slows the performance of the forum and detracts from the experience and usability of other participants of the forum. Instead, publish the images externally and paste the link into your posts. If you must post an image in the forum, please do so in the images part and remember to give the post an appropriate title. Try to limit the size of each posted image to 50K or less or put a "large attachment" warning if you post a lot of images or if you have to post an image that is larger than 50K.
  • Please do not try to corrupt the forum software,  members who try will be banned.

GUIDELINES AND RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Before creating a new post,  look for the appropriate section of the forum to see if that post already exists or if there are any related ones. It can be constructive for everyone to be aware that a post already exists on that topic rather than being redundant. If you find a similar topic but think the topic is important enough to create a new post, then generate the new post by choosing the title carefully (see topic below). Please provide some feedback regarding the existence of the related post (s) and add the link to them. This will allow other users and moderators to provide the most helpful answers.
  • Publish in the appropriate area:  Publish new content in the sections of a particular family of systems, ThinkPad, ThinkCentre, Lenovo 3000, etc. Select the corresponding series of systems: T, X, G, H, etc. The moderators will move the posts to the corresponding sections.
  • Place the proper title for each post: The title of the post should accurately reflect the topic of the discussion and be as specific as possible. Avoid controversial or emotional statements that do not help the conversation progress. Titles are cataloged not only for search functions within the forum but also for searches on Google, Yahoo, etc. The appropriate titles will assist active members of the Lenovo community and non-members who may be searching more widely. Example of a good post title: ThinkPad Blue Screen after Sleep. Example of a bad post title: Junk computers sticking, worthless piece of junk. Moderators can modify the titles to make them more meaningful if inappropriate titles are selected.
  • Use images to help you understand the post,  where appropriate. Screen shots of settings, drop-down menus, or error messages can help you understand and resolve an issue. Digital photos of systems and their environments can also be useful from time to time. Post images externally or to the images area. Limit the size to 50K or less. 10M pixel cameras can be used, but the size of your images can be heavy.
  • Look for ways to enrich the forum.  Share your Lenovo product knowledge with other users in this forum. Get involved in areas of special interest. Look for opportunities to mentor junior members, help them learn more about this forum, share shortcuts. Generate links to external resources and documents. Members who distinguish themselves by consistently providing quality answers, who are at the forefront of collective knowledge, and solve specific problems will earn higher marks and greater privileges.
  • Restrict off-topic discussions to the general area:  There are thousands of online communities on a wide variety of topics from automobiles, astronomy, folk art, and even fly fishing. This community is unique to the Lenovo family of products, services, and community members who own, use, and benefit from it.
  • Country Location : Members must indicate their country of origin in their personal profile. Location is important when giving advice, as product service, sales, and accessories may vary from country to country. Note that community members from other countries may not have some social references, metaphors, or slang expressions in common. Publications that take this into account can be more easily understood by everyone. This field is a requirement during the registration process.

Cambio de pantalla Lenovo Legion Y540-15IRH-PG0. Modelo: 81SY

2020-03-03, 5:20 AM

Hola, comunidad Lenovo,

¿Alguien me podría ayudar a resolver unas dudas? Gracias. L340-15IRH Gaming Laptop (ideapad) - Type 81LK

2020-03-11, 17:47 PM
