Motorola has shown total lack of regard for its Hong Kong customers. My Pro +stopped working last year while on a trip to the US. Moto service people there wouldn't look at it since it had been purchased here. Returned to Hong Kong to discover Motorola had skipped town, literally! They're no longer doing business here. Their outsourced people can't get parts so they've had my phone for nearly two months. Now they're offering me an inferior quality trade-in which I will need to pay to get. When i told them I'd wait for the parts, then they finally told me honestly that the parts will never arrive. Doesn't this company care about its reputation?
