Re: Motorola Feedback Network - we are recruiting!

Hi, Matt. How was your Fourth? Did you see some good fireworks over the lake?

This is something I would normally respond positivley to.  But in my dodering old age, I don't remember if i signed up or not.  How can I check on my status?

Re: Motorola Feedback Network - we are recruiting!

Matt,

I also did the whole sign up thing and am not sure if I got another survey or not. I hope this doesn't flood the thread with a whole bunch of double checkers. I am just very interested in providing feedback. I am stuck with my cliq (subsidized) so as a long term user I would love to help Moto make it a device that will suit my needs for 2 years! Thanks.

Re: Motorola Feedback Network - we are recruiting!

Dear Matt:
My phone was sent in to repair as it was in need of constant recharging.  I talked to Motorola and they thought I needed a new battery.  The new battery did not help the situation, and it eventually stop charging completely.  I have had this phone under 1 year and it was under warranty when I sent it to be repaired.  I have used it for emergencies only, with total use under 2 hours.  I had bought a US SIMM card when I purchased the phone, and still have minutes left after putting $25 on the card.
I was told that the main board is damaged or there are pieces missing by Angelina in Repair Service Escalation in Florida.  The phone was either in my home or in my car, is in pristine condition and has never been abused, dropped, etc.  I disagree with Motorola's refusal to repair this phone under warranty as this phone was handled with the utmost care.
This phone should be repaired under warranty with Motorola providing a pre-paid label for it to be sent in to Motorola a second time.
Please advise. Thank you.

Re: Motorola Feedback Network - we are recruiting!

Matt,

I believe I signed up a few weeks ago to offer to help.  Can you verify.  If your about to drop a beta test include me please.  Also, how do you test short of doing alpha and beta testing.  Maybe you don't release alpha updates.
