Frontal Panel (Leds)

2019-10-06, 19:44 PM

we have a nutanix server that is working perfectly, however its front panel does not have LEDs on, how can I know the FRU of this piece to ask if it is not turning off the server; We already reviewed the manual but I don't see the FRU of the panel.

Hi Sir,

The rear of the Hx3320 server provides system ID LED, system error LED, Ethernet LEDs, and power supply LEDs. Could you please refer to the ThinkSystem SR630 Setup Guide for more information.

Hi Sir,

When the server is ON, the power status LED on the power button at operator information panel should light up. If you confirmed that lights don’t light up even while the server is on. We assummed the panel is defective or not connected to the motherboard. Could you please refer to the truobleshooting steps to look into the lights not turning on.

• If the server starts, remove the front I/O assembly and reseat the operator information panel and cable.
• If the problem remains, replace the operator information panel.
