My phone has for the past month become really laggy so I figured I'd format the SD card and do a factory reset.
When the phone rebooted, I had to go through the usual Motoblur setup.
It asked for my Motoblur ID (email address) and password so I entered the same email address I registered here and the same password but the phone came back with the message that the ID didn't exist. I tried retyping everything to make sure I hadn't entered it incorrectly but it still didn't work.
Getting frustrated I then tried creating a new ID using the same email address and password and was told that I couldn't create it because the ID already existed...
What is going on???
I have skipped the Motoblur setup for now but would appreciate some help with resolving this so I can access the service I've paid for. I noticed some other owners are also having Motoblur issues.
Don't tell me Motorola has canned the Motoblur service... ?
