no matter what I do, I cannot access my phone info. It won't take ANY password. I need to reset one, how can I do that.
Have already tried resetting several times but no deal.

As far as I know the phone needs to be connected to the Motocast server for it to be remotely wipe. But no worries, it can still be access after doing a hard reset. You can follow the steps HERE. After you have reset the device you just have to use your same Motocast Account and you're good to go..
