"Problem with the clock on the device" error

Hi there, I didn't find this recently in the forums and I'm stumped. I recently activated a droid mini. Everything seems to be just fine with it, however when I try to open the Motorola Connect app, or if I touch Motorola Device ID in the settings, it takes me to the initial page and asks me to choose my moto account for login. I choose my google account, and it comes up with an error, "There is a problem with the clock on the device. Please contact customer service."

My clock appears to be just fine, and has the same time as my computer and another phone when using the same SIM card, so I don't think there is really a problem with the clock. 

Is this an issue with my account on moto, or possibly something else? Thanks in advance.
