Email Synching Problems on Droid Razr Maxx Hd

I have the Droid Razr Maxx Hd.  I bought the phone when first available in October.  I use the stock email app for my corporate email which is an exchange type email.  This app worked flawlessly until I did the Jelly Bean update.  Now after a couple of days, it stops synching and gives an error message that says "couldn't connect to incoming server" and the email of course stop updating.  I can delete the account and add it back again and it will work but only for a couple of days then it will stop.  Sometimes it will start working agian on its on after a day or so, but I can't wait that long.  I get emails all day and depend on my phone for updated emails.  This is the main purpose of my phone.  Is anyone else having this same issue since the Jelly Bean update?  I had this issue a couple of years ago with my Droid X and had to wait until a update was issues to fix the problem.  Please let me know if you have any answers.  Very important issue.  Thanks.
