Is the IMEI on your forums profile updated? If yes, is it okay for me to look at your apps to see if they are a source of problems?

It's very obvious the Motorola scum have no interest in fixing any problems, except selling another defective phone!! Nothing more than a bunch of bottom feeders screwing customers!!

Doesn't work! Hundreds if not thousands have already tried this worthless information! Why Motorola continues to answer with this crap is ridiculous!! Customers need to file complaints with the Attorney Generals Office in their state. Be sure to mention deception and fraud!!

Problem is there is no help! Motorola won't fix the problem, except selling customers another defective phone! This problem has been around for over a year. All that's available help wise is excuses!! Motorolas tech support consists mainly uneducated pencil pushers who have no technical ability at all. So good luck!

Good luck! My belief is Motorola has no intentions of fixing the battery problem! Verizon is trying to sell the latest junk for $740.00
Motorola has been screwing people for sveral years and will continue to do so. As you have guessed by now, I am a happy customer too!! A complaint to your states Atty Generals Office, consumer affairs, may rattle the cage these moron work in.
