Have you been able to come up with any other solutions to solve the problem of the Emergency screen coming up every time on my Droid Turbo 2?
I actually think that you and sajokaz have found the answer. More and more, IT management in corporate environments are locking down as many gateways into our mobile devices as they can. If that's the case, the only further step I can think of that you can take would be to bring the device to your IT department and see if there's a less burdensome way to keep the phone functional for longer periods of time.
