If you look back on page 3, you will see crystallet's post indicating that things are a mess right now, but will be in order soon. "Patience is a virtue."

OK, just this once, but if lollipop doesn't come by Christmas, you are on your own ...

jkcm725 try this..

Go to  https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/home   You will need to sign in with your Google or Motorola account.

In the upper right corner you should see "My Stuff" and you should see a Droid Turbo in the pull down list.

If not select "+ Add a Device" and on the next page select "Droid Turbo" and fill in the the page for the information requested.

If there is a Droid Turbo showing in My Stuff you should be able to select "View My Stuff" in the pull down to confirm that the information there is complete and correct.

As the Droid Turbo is only available on the Verizon Network it should automatically populate here in the forum on your profile. If it does not you might try to remove and re-add your Droid Turbo from the same pages.

Hope this helps!

Is any one else still seeing multiple Turbos in My Stuff? I have 15 of the same copies but it won't let me delete any of the copies. As long as I am part of the MFN and the copies wont mess anything up then I'm ok with it. Just figured after a few weeks that they would disappear.

All of "My Stuff" is accurate and up-to-date.  No duplication of anything.

"My Stuff" is accurate also, however there is no "Primary Device" box under my Droid Turbo like my other accessories.

I didn't think it was important enough to ask about. Is it?

I have a feeling that since the phone is pretty new there is some weird
glitches in the servers. Hope this doesn't cause us issues.

My Stuff is accurate too.... In the beginning I had problems deleting old phones and duplicates, until I finally decided to delete just one, then close my browser AFTER it disappeared, then went back in and deleted another ... repeating the same process.. tedious, yes, but I am now just down to one Turbo ....
