how is verizon hurting moto sales? The turbo is a verizon exclusive - i am sure they guaranteed to sell x units or buy the excess. Otherwise moto wouldnt build them an exclusive device.

Believe what you want. I have gone through my share of carriers and both carrier and non carrier branded phones. There is also a wealth of data on the internet to support what i am saying. Go back and look older Verizon moto forums - these will show you the same pattern.

But, its ok. You are entitled to your opinion. I am going to unsubscribe and you can continue your bashing of motorola.  But until people stop buying verizon exclusive phones, verizon will continue to put the customer last.

They are hurting Motos sales because due to the terrible experince I have had with this phone I will NEVER buy another Moto phone. NEVER EVER EVER. NOT EVER.

The S5 on AT&T has MM and the September security patch. This phone has squat.

One late update to LP a almost a year after is was released now nothing. It is inexcuseable. Blame it on who you want. Never another MOTO phone.

I'm right there with you bro but I think the big dog picked up his toys and left the sandbox so in the end I'm just going to take my wallet and leave Moto and Verizon behind

I want to leave VZ too. My problem is where I live, northern VT, they have the best service. I need to look harder I guess.

So... I took a leap. I got the note 7. I sent my Droid back to vz. Motorola sure showed me a thing or two.

Lol, just be careful it doesn't explode in to flames on you. Not for nothing, but at least none of my Moto's ever caught fire. While the software upgrade seems to be lagging, if it even comes at all, at least their hardware is mostly sound.

Coming up on 1 year since the "Official statement on Marshmallow" posted in 10-02-2015, which also referenced updates in the coming weeks.

Time for another update?

2 months left on my contract and it's goodbye moto and possibly verizon as well. Gave up on any update after last soak test turned out to be nothing. Might give ggogle fi a try and of course the new phones from google/alphabet would be the choice in hardware. Shame always liked moto but company just hasn't delivered on the upgrades and I am not willing to take a chance going forward.
