 YES, MORE BLOATWARE!! That will be sure to fix all of our issues. When I got this phone, I can just remember thinking how much better it would be if they installed more bloatware on it. The X2 - My first, and definately last Motorola phone

I'm leaning towards someone upstairs said "we need five new phones, tomorrow". Therefore causing the devs to kill themselves to get the products to market or loose their jobs. In turn it causes all bug fixes to be put on a permanent back-burner.
