Re: Will Moto actively support the DX2 ?

Will they support it as actively as the RAZR and other new ICS+4G LTE phones?  No.

Will Motorola release a patch if a significant flaw is found?  Yes.

Also, if you're having reboot issues even AFTER a factory data reset, it's a hardware problem.  Send it to Motorola under warranty.  Don't wait around and let the warranty expire.  Motorola will even extend the phone's warranty a couple of months when you get it back.

Re: Will Moto actively support the DX2 ?

A coworker is ready for a new phone.  So I helped him out a little, sorted the phones on Verizon's website by rating.  The good news, the X2 ranks higher than the Panteck Breakout.  It also edges out (barely) the Pro and Enlighten.  That brings us to a ranking (by user reviews) of #15 out of 18 android phones.  Yeah for th 17th percentile in achievement!  I've given up hope that Moto/Verizon care.
