Factory Reset

Gosh!  I've spent two days trying to get past the Motorola agreement, which is part of the sequence of steps one has to go through to get the tablet to work again.  At the agreement step (a two part condition) you first are instructed to view Motorola's terms and conditions which are dowloaded by clicking on the greyed or highlighted tab titled (View Terms and Conditions).  After reading them you click on "Done" to get away from the  download and back to the "Motorola agreement" page.  On this page, the last line has "I agree" which I assume should change state and become clickable to proceed.   This does not happen so the process hangs up here.

My device is a Wi-Fi 10.1 inch tablet called the Motorola Xoom.  I bought it new from Amazon.  I decided to do a factory reset, assuming that it would be a simple task to do.  Bu, you can see my dilema.

Hoping to hear a simple solution that doesn't require a degree to execute.

Thanks, Bill L

Re: Factory Reset

Hello Bill L,

I think you posted this same information in the Xoom forum, where I replied with some additional information:
