Blank screen on ThinkVision

Monitor was fine yesterday and was left powered on overnight after disconnecting from my MacBook. This morning it has a steady green light, but nothing appears at all on the screen, whether it's connected to the laptop or not--no menu comes up, contrast, etc. buttons don't change anything, and it can't be detected by the laptop when it is connected. The only thing that happens when it's turned on is the green "On" light appears. Any suggestions?

Press cable select button from monitor.

Some times monitor trys to use monitor from wrong cable.

Even though I had pressed that button a few times before (I tried every button on the bezel with no success a number of times), I tried again after seeing your message--and it worked! Thanks very much!
