Bought a N5901 keyboard and it died before my 30 day return period...

I recently bought a N5901 and used it for about a week then when using it I saw it spark and the dongle died. None of my other usb accessory attached to the hub overheated. I want to get a replacement dongle or htpc keyboard but lenovo keeps transferring me around. Should I just do a chargeback? it seems impossible to get anywhere with this company.

my keyboard arrived DOA. I am unable to find a place to claim warranty, return or exchange. Lenovo warranty sux!!!
