Connecting two Thinkvision X1 displays with Thinkpad T570

I have a situation with two X1's and T570. I would like to get 4k picture from both displays. Is that even possible with T570? I can't find the manual and drivers for X1 from Lenovo.

I suppose I need to connect one X1 with T570 with USB-C cable that came with the monitor. And the two monitors with displayport cable? However, T570 doesn't recognize the monitor when I use usb-c (because of missing drivers?).

Can you help me with this? Thank you!

Re: Connecting two Thinkvision X1 displays with Thinkpad T570

Hi, welcome to the forum.

I don't have that configuration but we can give it try.

Here it is the ThinkVision X1 Support site:

https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/pd104221

For what I see the T570 only has one HDMI output, so plug one monitor there. Also, according to the manual, the T570 has a ""USB-C connect (Thunderbolt ™ 3 compatible), which seems good.

But I can not confirm is the Thinkvision X1 can get video from the USB-C port. Maybe you need an USB-C to HDMI (or DP) adapter to connect the second monitor.

Maybe someone with more experience on the Thinkvision X1 can reply.

Regards

Thank you Martin!

I found the support site, but the links for manual and drivers don't work. Is there any other way to find these?

Maybe I just need Lenovo thunderbolt 3 docking station?
