Docking Station 4337

I've got a T410 laptop with this docking station. I'm trying to connect three monitors to it. I've read that with the VGA/displayport/dvi you can only connect two. And additional can be connected via USB to VGA adapter. That's fine. I've done the VGA to USB (2x) in the past, with one VGA. Problem is, one of my adapters died (EVGA UV+19). So now I just have the VGA port and a single USB to VGA adapter.

I've tried using various adapters in the past to connect my other monitor, but nothing seems to work. What can I do to connect the third monitor (or additional, should they become necessary?

Re: Docking Station 4337

Your ThinkPad T410 is not an Nvidia Optimus model right?

If you want to connect additional monitors, you have the choice of:

1. Split the displayport output into 2 displayport/hdmi/dvi, but the two external monitors must be the same, and would be treated as one giant monitor (monitor 1 and monitor 2 becomes one monitor with sum of two's resolution).

2. USB2DVI or USB2VGA, but this saps CPU performance, like all USB connected devices.

3. eGPU or Vidock 4.
