Re: Lenovo Yoga 260 and OneLink+ dock external display issue

Hi TylerChelf

Having a "original install of Windows" is not required for support. That is very strange.

Can you try to open the ticket again?

See if the "Contact Customer Service" works for you.

Yeah, it was pretty clear they just to close the ticket asap vs actually resolve it.  This was actually the 2nd chat I had opened as the 1st was closed when I didn't respond within 2 minutes (I didn't see they had asked a question).

I actually might have found a fix - going to test it on a 2nd system with the same problem to verify.  I had updated drivers and firmware ages ago, so didn't really bother this time around when I found the post, but after the brush off I installed 3 packages:

  • OneLink firmware update
  • OneLink driver update
  • Intel Graphics driver update

After install I shut down, booted off dock, and then connected the cable and my monitors appeared.  I repeated the process again and it still worked, but I want to verify a few more times before I declare success since its been seen to work one or two times and then act up again.

Hello

I have the same problem and i've done all the solutions provided here.

I uninstalled the software and reinstalled everything, i reinstalled the driver.

Is it possible, that the actual Intel DCH Driver isn't compatible with the Docking Station?

I hope anybody has a solution for my problem.

Thanks a lot

Seprim

Did you get this resolved or still having the issue?  I am trying to decipher what is going on with mine.  I currently have an external monitor hooked up with a Displayport to HDMI adapter.  It works just fine if it is in extended mode, but it will not work if I go to single monitor for some reason.
