Mic Problems

2018-05-14, 17:07 PM

Mic doesn't work right, nobody hears me when I call them, unless I have a speaker connected or a Bluetooth connected, I even did a factory reset , still same problem. What am I missing here? Also I can not hear any media unless connected to a bluetooth I can hear eople when they call, I can hear phone ringl This is just weird.  (Do know why it says blue screen again up by my name, not my phone , up by my profile pic. )

Hi, welcome to the forum

It will be very usefull to know the Lenovo machine model that you are using to point you to updated drivers if required.

Check on the Windows sound icon, make a right click and select "Open Sound Settings".

Check on the next Window on "Input Device" if there is listed the Mic (maybe with the same name of your audio card) and see if the sound bar moves when you talk.
