Onelink+ Dock and Linux support

Hi,

will the OneLink+ dock work on Linux? The manual says it's only compatible with Windows.

Thanks

Re: Onelink+ Dock and Linux support

Hi

I think that it is possible that the official word from Lenovo will be that this device is supported only under Windows.

But I think that the best way to know how good Linux supports this device will be to trying it out.

For what I read it seems that some of this docks uses the DisplayLink chipset, so maybe the USB-to-Video feature will work with the DisplayLink driver for Linux.

But I guess it is not formally supported on Linux.

Regards
