Sorry for having you wait so long.
The final driver package is ready to upload to web today, usually, it takes 24hours for web team audit If no problem.

Well, a new Thunderbolt driver package showed up today in Lenovo System Updater. I applied the update and continue to have the same problem.
I don't know if this was the driver that they have been referring to that's supposed to fix the problem or if there is some other driver that still hasn't been released that will fix the problem.

sorry for having you waiting so long. I just checked the website, current release is 17 Sep 2018. Latest version still not visible for end user. I confirmed with web support team and got their feedback that it will go live today.
