I have a Thinkpad Thunderbolt 3 Dock that is docked with a T480s. When using the 3.5mm audio port on the dock, audio is delayed about 150ms. I have tested with different speakers and headphones and the result is typically around 150ms delay when using the audio jack on the dock.
I have everything updated via Lenovo Vantage and am currently using Windows 10 x64 1803, The test was performed via this youtube clip: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ucZl6vQ_8Uo

I'm having the same issue with the Thunderbolt dock 3, X1 Carbom 6th gen (Win 10 64 Pro). All drivers is updated, including latest BIOS. Delay on 3.5 jack is about 150-200ms.

Yes, same issue here with the thunderbolt Dock and Carbon x1 laptop. All was good until fairly recently, within the last few weeks to a month I started noticing it.

Same issue here. T580, 20L9-001MUS, Win10 1803, clean install with latest drivers and firmware for laptop and dock. Audio delay happens on the thunderbolt dock headphone jack, but not on the headphone jack on the laptop itself.
I'm running an LG 34" monitor on my thunderbolt dock's displayport connection. There is no delay if I sent the audio to it. The delay only appears when I run the thunderbolt dock's headphone jack.
