Thinkplus GM-2 Pros cannot connect to Smart Wearable App

Hi, I have tried connecting my Thinkplus GM-2 Pros to my Iphone and it works completely fine, however, when I install the Smart Wearable App and I try to pair by pressing the "Add New Device" icon, it will just show a "searching" pop up with a loading icon, however it will not connect. Is this supposed to happen?

Welcome to Lenovo Community
I understand that your ThinkPlus GM-2 Pro won't connect via Smart wearable app.
Have you tried to fully install the app then restart the device before reinstalling?
Connecting another Bluetooth device thru the Smart App would also help in isolating the issue.

I have the same issue, I got mine from the last month, I used to have G××××y b××s 2 live but I lost them. Since then I have the gm2 pro but if I want to connect them via the original app the only thing I see is the loading screen then nothing, any suggestions?

You may try doing a factory reset with your ThinkPlus GM-2 Pros and uninstall/reinstall Smart wearable app to test.

I have the Thinkplus GM2's, and tried to download the App, but my s23 Ultra won't. Playstore says the app isn't available for my device, as it was made for an older version of Android. If I can't get the app, there's no way to update the headphones, or change eq preferences. Is the another way to get the app besides playstore?

We only recommend getting apps from legit sources like Google Playstore (for Android).
