Third monitor wrong resolution

2021-11-25, 10:50 AM

Hello,

Just started up my new Lenovo PC(LENOVO_MT_20U3_BU_Think_FM_ThinkPad L15 Gen 1) Model number: 20U3002NMX.

I'm having problems running my third monitor, the resolution options won't go higher than 1440x576.

I've downloaded and installed all windows updates and also all the drivers for the computer, i've doublechecked the display drivers and they are running on the latest version.

How can i make it work with 1920x1080p?

Hello Albin OI!

Welcome to community forums!

According to the product spreadsheet, it can support up to 2 external monitors + the native display. It is through the HDMI® (up to 4096 x 2160 @24Hz) or USB-C (up to 4096 x 2304 @60Hz)

Please refer to this link: https://psref.lenovo.com/Product/ThinkPad/ThinkPad_L15_Gen_1_Intel?MT=20U3
