Re:can’t he 120hz on ps5

Welcome to the Community guest26036,

I understand your concern. The Lenovo g27q-20 monitor does support a refresh rate of up to 165Hz. However, the PS5 currently only supports 120Hz at 1080p resolution. The committed refresh rate can be tested with a compatible PC and cable supporting 1 x HDMI 2.0 or 1 x DP 1.2 since this is not a gaming monitor but a PC display.

Ensure that your PS5 is set to the correct settings. Go to 'Settings' > 'Screen and Video' > 'Video Output Information' and check if 120Hz at 1080p is available. If it's not, you may need to adjust your PS5's resolution settings to 1080p as option to try . Some users would enable Performance Mode AND disable FreeSync from the PS5 settings as others find using third party emulators for this.

It might be worth checking for any available firmware updates for your monitor on the Lenovo Support website.

Best regards,
