As informed, Critical Intel Thunderbolt Software and Firmware Updates - ThinkPad, were released, but only the software was put into the third party catalog in SCCM.
Is there a reason for this? Can it be expected the firmware piece will not be added to the third party catalog? it seems odd only half the solution would be added.

just to add more info. It would appear the driver availability is sporadic at best based on the article ID's listed for each model in the 3rd party catalog
Can we expect this to be cleaned up? https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/sk/en/solutions/ht508988

We are continually working to provide updated content. We do not provide firmware updates through the Third-Party Software Update Catalog in SCCM.
It looks like in the document link provided, the Solution is to install the driver first and the firmware second. The driver provided in the catalog could be applied to meet the first criteria of the solution. Then a query could be built to provide a list of or collection of computers on the required driver version, prior to applying the firmware through other means.
Edit: Spelling and grammar

Vantage does not deploy FW either. Only driver! We activated all update and TB3 FW is still missing. Why?
Any solutions for this? Comments?

This thread was referencing the 3rd Party Updates Catalog in SCCM and the OP was answered. For better visibility using Vantage, you may want to open a new thread and name it appropriately.
