Re:rtump64x64.sys bluescreen on X1 Yoga Gen 4 attached to ThinkPad Thunderbolt 3 Dock - Type 40AC

Awesome!

We have a user getting the BSOD regardless of the current activity she is performing. It's simply due to being on ethernet instead of WiFi.

I have them using the WiFi until we get a fix figured out.

Thank you all for the feedback.  Regarding Issue #1 that @TylerLesmeister mentioned (network dropping during Teams calls), this is the issue that Realtek was trying to fix with the last two driver updates.  It seems their attempt to fix may be causing the worse issue of BSODs on newer builds of Win10.  We'll pass these details on and keep pushing for a resolution.

We also experience this problem. Actually there are two systems affected:

- X1 Tablet Gen 3 with Thunderbolt 3 Dock Gen 2

- X13 Yoga with a Dell U2421E with built in Ethernet port (also with a Realtek NIC)

In the X1 Tablet Gen 3 we have this driver version installed:

- Date: 29.10.2020

- Version: 10.43.1029.2020

My organization is experiencing this issue on multiple X1 Carbon Gen 6 and T14S (AMD) Gen 1 laptops with Both the TB docks and the USB-C Dock Gen 2.

The dumps report a bug check string of DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL with these crashes being caused by trump64x64.sys.

Crashes occur most frequently during Zoom or Teams meetings.  Crashes only occur when using a Lenovo dock.  Undocked, the systems are stable.  The systems experiencing the issue are on WIndows 10 20H2--our systems still on 1909 are not experiencing the problem.

@loftygoals Can you verify if the 1909 systems have gotten updated driver like the 20H2 systems?

If anyone is able to grab a full kernel dump from one of these BSODs and provide a link to it for us, that would be very helpful.  We have some mini dumps which did not include enough detail for Realtek to work with.

I'm attempting to attach a dmp file but it appears that it may not be uploading the attachment.

Okay I've used the logupload.lenovo.com site to upload three dmp files via case # 40CZWTB.
