What can I do with my defective iOmega ix4-200d ?

The device suddenly stopped responding. I tried to look for service centres across Kerala, India. I am not able to find any contact for this on Lenovo website. I hope someone is able to help me with how to get it repaired. At least a contact information would be enough.

Thanks

You can do nothing, the support is bad, you do not get any updates for your product

and the forum is also bad.

welcome on your product lifecycle of lenovo.

was everything not better when IBM rolles the system??

kindly

AnimationsMedia, the support for this product is not through the normal "System x support or ThinkServer" support.

Please see the following link to find some online support resources.

Here is the main landing page

https://download.lenovo.com/lenovoemc/na/en/app/answers/detail/a_id/14412.html

Here is the link to the page for your support options.

Please let us know if this resolves your issue.

Ya so true. I lost hope in Lenovo now, it's been too long a wait to get even the slightest amount of support.
