We are using Windows Server 2003 group policy management tools and deployed an Outlook client to desktop. Many of our users are unable to access emails and we tried to sync their mailbox its fails.
We require information for how to access Exchange Server data.

I'll set up a point of contact to the exchange specialist.
For now, I can only give you this template to answer. Don't post it here though, wait for the email you will get to the forum email address you provided.
1.Is your company running Small Business Server? What version?
2.If not running Small Business Server, then what version of Exchange is in the customer environment? What SP level? Are the Exchange versions the same on your front end/CAS server and your back end mailbox server?
3.Is Outlook Web Access and Exchange Active Sync allowed at your company? Are they enabled in your Exchange environment, and for the user(s) having an issue?
4.Are mobile devices allowed/enabled for EVERYONE in your company’s Exchange environment?
5.How many devices are in the environment? Are other similar Motorola Android phones working with corp-sync?
6.Has a ticket been opened with your IT Help desk? Has any support been provided from your IT department? What are the details provided from your local IT support?
7.Can a test account on your company’s exchange server be created for our internal support teams to replicate the issue?
8.What type of firewall/application filtering is enabled? Are the appropriate ports/filtering open in both directions to allow/enable Exchange Active Sync?
9.Can you please provide screen shots of your company’s Exchange server settings? Specifically, the current Exchange Active Sync policy that applies to the end user’s account, and then their mailbox properties, features tab (to show active sync enabled).

Right, my point of contact just said don't bother with the template but look at this:
If you are also using Exchange 2003 then you need to ensure that Exchange Server 2003 with Service Pack 2 is installed and that ActiveSync is enabled for all your users: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa997489(v=exchg.65).aspx
If you are using Exchange Server 2007 then the instructions for enabling ActiveSync can be found here:
Let me know if that helps at all ThomasGinu.
