Re: Sort & find

The built-in e-mail app on the Xoom does not have this ability.  The third party application Touchdown (version for tablet) does have a nice search function for e-mail, along with other additional features such as the ability to synch Outlook tasks and notes.  Please note there is a license fee (about $20) for the application.  Motorola does not endorse the application.  In my opinion Touchdown is a good option, especially on the tablet.

Re: Sort & find

First off, thank you for finally replying, I appreciate it. The problem with

Touchdown is, it only supports ONE exchange account. I have two exchange

accounts and three iMAPŠrendering that application useless for me. Buying

this XOOM has been a HUGE disappointment. After 2 hours on the phone with

support staff just yesterday and NO ONE of the four techs I spoke with could

tell me how to simply rent a movie and watch it offline, I have come to the

conclusion I made a huge mistake not buying the iPad 2Šmy guess is you'll

see this device of mine online for sale very soon! If you're interested it's

going cheap!

Hard to imagine companies such as Motorola and Google putting out such low

end limited functionality and absolute zero service to support it. They

should be ashamed. Besides the above story with Motorola support staff, I

went to THREE local Verizon locations and spoke with a total of 7 staffers

NON of which had ANY knowledge of the XOOM product!!! Isn't there some

MANDATED program Verizon staffers need to attend to learn about the products

they are selling in these storesŠwhat a joke! You can surely see now why

Apple is so successfulŠtheir focus is SERVICE! Feel free to forward this on

to anyone who may give a shit about the lack of service available for an

over-priced tablet!

Again, thank you for the help and advice, but it's not working well for me!

Bob
