Not sure if this is where I belong. The last couple days the only way i get my emails is by clicking the refresh button.
Took my phone into the verizon store and we could'nt fine anything wrong with the settings, etc. Thought it might be a Motorola issue, so here I am.
Motorola chat help recommended that I delete and reinstall my account. I did and still not getting my mail except when I refresh.
Any and all help would be appreciated.

If you're referring to the corporate exchange email push syncing, it's a known issue...unfortunately the Droid X, Droid 2 Global, and Droid Pro all suffer from the same problem...
Here is a thread specifically about the Droid 2 Global and Droid Pro, but I'm sure there are others out there about the Droid X...so far no fix...
