I don't know if this is the correct type/model of a T14s but according to this page https://fwupd.org/lvfs/devices/com.lenovo.ThinkPadN2YET.firmware there is a version 0.1.13 available.

Unfortunately it's for Intel machines and not for T14s AMD (Type 20UH, 20UJ):

ThinkPad T14s Gen 1 (Machine types: 20T0, 20T1)
ThinkPad X13 Gen 1 (Machine types: 20T2, 20T3)

Hi,

If you're in a hurry for that update and have access to a Windows machine or a VM running Windows you can make a bootable flash drive.  Procedure is described in the readme.

This update does not seems critical.

But it would be nice to have all firmware updates in LVFS, so there is no need to manually check update availability for each component.

Hi @Iluha

The BIOS versions will be going on LVFS. Sometimes they take a little bit longer to get there as it takes time for the firmware team to prepare the package and run the verification steps - I'm hoping the gap comes down as they get more experienced with LVFS.

As a note though - we haven't released the T14 AMD Linux yet (certification is just completing) so that might also be part of the reason it's a bit delayed. Also China are all on holiday this week for their national holiday which is slowing things down a bit.

<For my reference: tracked internally with LO-660>

Mark

Thanks!
