No WIFI & Bluetooth SSID is showing (RTL8821CE | Fedora 33 beta)

Installed fedora 33 beta in my Lenovo Ideapad 130-(15IKB). Though wifi driver is detected and the setting is present in Gnome Settings app but no wifi SSID is showing. I have checked all hotspot settings in my smartphone, even changed the AP band but nothing appeared in the visible network section. Rebooted the machine multiple time but every time it's the same. Same complain goes for bluetooth too. No bluetooth device appeared.
