Other than the default components like fingerprint and bluetooth does your system have and additional features, mine has a WWAN card and a touch screen.  Does your have a card reader of any type and if so try disabling it in the BIOS and see if it helps

My ME version is 15.0.2.1377. It's machine type 20UN007US,  no touchscreen, WWAN, or card reader.

 

I'm guessing Powerhouse Mountain isn't something I can use myself because I can't find a download link, but if that isn't the case I'd be interested in trying it.

 

Unfortunately, it just froze. On boot it now tells me "2100: Detection error on Storage Device (M.2)" and won't load an OS, which I imagine means my SSD is toast. I started a repair ticket with Lenovo.

 

Thanks for your help -- I appreciate it and hope I'll be able to come back to this soon after getting my machine up and running again.
