Still unable to access the Lenovo USB Recovery Creator - the same error persists. Ordered physical media to workaround the issue and Lenovo sent the restore media for the wrong device.

These disruptions, when using the USBRecoveryCreator tool, relates to a manitory security upgrade that was applied and tested but later was found to be overly restrictive. Our teams are rapidly working to resolve this problem as your business is important to us.
Meanwhile, if you are experiencing problems, please request a physical media copy (a USB key) of your recovery image until we can properly apply the update.
