Sadly the problem is not solved yet.
I tried to login and I get the same error. My 3 days time window is expiring today.
I can't understand how to get the physical recovery media. Please let me know, wherever I try to apply for recovery media it says I have already ordered one.
It gets frustrating as everyday passes by without any solution.

I also am unable to use the recovery tool and am traveling in 2 days. This is unacceptable lack of support rendering the product useless and seem to be intentional based on the irrational "too strict security guidelines" given earlier.
In the meantime I want a direct link to download the tool, or a recovery USB airmailed for overnight Sunday delivery. What's the deal?

i cant download the image because there is error when i write my mail and password.

please provide an update on the situation.
even if the problem of logging in is solved.
My thinkpad had access for download only once. The ridiculous 3 day deadline given by Lenovo is already over. Please enable the download for my T470 again.

How can I order the appropriate USB memory stick from you?
I understand that there is the low probability of fixing this issues in the near future.
For me it is better to solve this problem in such a way, then not to work it out in any way.
