Is there a SLA for depot repair?

Is there a SLA for depot repair?  Or it is just "best effort"?  By searching Internet, I've see depot repair varies from two weeks to almost 4 months (even for NBD warranty).


My ThinkPad T480 arrives on Feb 14, status changed to "Repair Started".  I called on Feb 21 and was told there's no technician assigned to the ticket yet (due to backlog).  Sitting in depot for 7 days and no technician assigned?  Nowadays, computers are tools to make a living, not something that we can pur aside for weeks or months.


So is there any SLA (Service Level Agreement) on depot repair?  I'd be very surprised if there's none.
