Your device serial number, and your carrier and country, can be a huge help to us as we try to understand and solve issues. We can look at data from your phone to find clues.
So, please update your profile with current phone, carrier and serial number. Please make sure that the options under Settings > Motorola Privacy are on as well. And if you are posting for help, let me know (just reply on your post) if it's okay for me to look at your apps to see if they are a source of problems.

Just a thought -- while the field says "Serial/IMEI", it only accepts the length of one or the other. Would make more sense to either have the field large enough to accept both, or to just label it the one you want and add a second field for the alternative. I know you are probably trying to say "either is good for us, so whichever you find first", but not all end-users will understand that and thus could be confused. Just a usability suggestion.

Updated profile as required. Please have a look why g4 plus abruptly shutsdown., While video streaming or calls or gps navigation. Even battery level is 60 plus, also enough memory. Using nougat.
