Hey I did what u told. I wanted to take part in the MFN so I went to my stuff my devices and added my phone. But instead of adding my g4 plus which I am using. It added g4. 

 

I thought some mistake might be there. So I tried again. But no it adds moto g4 instead of g4 plus for my devices g4 plus serial no. 

 

I matched the serial no. in my stuff of the added g4 and my own g4 Plus serial no. In about phone. But they match.

 

Fix this issue.

 

Moreover it's shocking that even Google takes me as a g4. As I went in to the sign in devices option it shows my old Samsung Galaxy Y , My Moto E 2 , And G4 not g4 plus. And even shows a pic of g4. 

 

Fix this ASAP . 

 

 

If u care Motorola fix it. Or else well what u generally do. Don't give a **bleep**.

First off! What is your attitude for?? If it was so easy why didn't you oh master of knowledge Google it instead of just complain here. Buy the way, there are threads here. Use them oh great one! Make a thread instead of randomly placing demanding threats like a child not allowed to get candy! I made one small mistake but get you to where you wanted without a thank you , but a nasty reply! Good luck getting others to help here. And stop demanding fixes!! This is a peer to peer support forum. I'm so sick of your types demanding things, being rude and never saying thanks!! OK Mate?? Ok Man??

I have a moto x play and i just got to know that it does not have gyroscope sensor..as i was playing pokemon go and it needs gyroscope for the AR mode.. i would request u to fix this because twist wrist feature is also working without gyroscope so AR mode can also be possible.. and it does'nt have chop twice for flashlight feature. So, i would request u to fix this in the next android update.

I'm here, I'll help when I can, I've had Moto's since the Electrify-MotoX1-MotoX2... 

 

I'm a 25 yr IT Systems & Network Engineer, I do NOT know the answer to every Telephony question.  But I'll pick some :)

Hi,

 

Can not register my Droid Maxx 2 on moto site. It still shows my moto x, which I remove but still shows up after logging out and logging back into support site.

Never mind, looks like it updated after I updated the moto id on my phone. Not sure why it is listed as a moto x play though.

It won't let me add my DROID Turbo 2. I do exactly what it says and it's still not in My Stuff.
