Cannot link my existing account - The account has been linked already

2017-05-09, 13:42 PM

Hi, I was trying to use my Lenovo Community account "ono", but when I tried to log in recently I got a message about fusing my Lenovo ID with community login. I tried to use my existing "ono" community user & password and I got message "The account has been linked already".

I have no idea how this can be linked already, because I don't remember linking it to any other Lenovo ID. The both Lenovo ID account and "ono" community account are using same email address <**********>.

So I humbly ask to remove this "ono1" community account and link my <**********> Lenovo ID with my proper "ono" community account.

Thank you,

Adam Strzelecki

Hello ono,

It looks to me as though the account you created originally, ono, was associated with a Lenovo ID using a varian.com email address, the email address you gave for the ono forum account was the one you stated in your post above.  Does that make sense to you?

Thanks. It seem that my company browser had the Lenovo ID session remembered, and somehow automatically linked account, maybe I did not notice the message or sthing. Thanks a lot anyway.
